What type of payments do you accept?


For online transactions we accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard AMEX and Discover). For your convinience you can pay with paypal for online transactions as well. If you would like to pay at our spa, we accept credit cards (VISA, Mastercard and Discover), SPA Finder Gift Certificates, Body & Care Spa Gift Certificates, as well as cash.



What is your cancellation policy?

We understand cancellations are sometimes unavoidable; however we do require 24 hour notice to fill your cancelled time slot. Spa packages and multi services scheduled for more than 3 hours require a credit card or gift certificate number to hold the time. 

For no shows your credit card will be charged for the full amount of the scheduled service and / or gift certificate will be voided. Late cancellations may be subject to a penalty fee of $25.00.



How do I make an appointment?

In order to make an appointment, you can contact us by telephone or text at 718-640-8000. In order to reserve your appointments, we require a contact telephone number and a credit card number with expiration date or valid gift certificate number. We ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment time; for groups of three or more please arrive half an hour before the appointment time. If you arrive late to the appointment you have scheduled, we unfortunately would have to shorten your treatment time and retain the original price of the appointment. We do this as a courtesy to the guests who are scheduled after you.



When should i arrive for my scheduled appointment?

We suggest arriving 15-30 minutes prior to your appointment to allow ample time to check in and relax. Please note that should you arrive late, your treatment will end as previously scheduled as a courtesy to the next guest.
Please turn off your cellphones prior to entering treatment rooms.

Suggested gratuities?


We proudly recruit and train our staff to be the most qualified spa professionals in the industry. Our recommended standard gratuity for spa treatments is 15%-20%. Gratuity to therapist can be in cash or personal check. Credit Cards are not taken for gratuities.



What is a minimum age requirement?



 Guests must be 18 years of age for spa services, unless accompanied by an adult.



Are sales taxes included in the prices?


For all spa services, gift cards and products there will be NYS sales tax added to the final price at the checkout.

Punctuality 

We schedule all procedures to accommodate quality service and work diligently to run on time. Please help us by being punctual so the clients who follow do not have to wait. For late arrivers we cannot extend the time of your service, you will be given the remainder of your scheduled appointment and will be charged the full price of the service booked

Scheduling 

It is our desire to accommodate you, however to do so we recommend that you schedule your next service prior to leaving the spa. This will ensure that you will get the time and staff person that you prefer.


Cell Phones 

Please turn cell phones off upon entering spa. Cell phones can be disruptive in the relaxation of others.



Gift Certificates 

All Gift Certificates are the responsibility of bearer. We are not responsible for lost Gift Certificates. Gift certificates may not be used for gratuities or the purchase of retail products. All gift certificate sales are final; sorry, no cash refunds.

Sales are final on all purchases. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and cash. Please note that gratuities may not be charged to a credit card.

We reserve to the right to raise prices without prior notification to ensure maximum standard of service and quality are met.
